“Educating youth, to be proud of their Polish heritage, culture, and traditions”
The Sir Casimir Gzowski Polish School in Kitchener was founded over 100 years ago, in 1894, and is currently the oldest operating Polish school in North America.
Our Mission is to educate youth, who are proud of their Polish heritage, who wish to develop fluent communication skills in the Polish language, and learn about the history, culture and traditions of their parents and grandparents. We fully appreciate the richness and diversity of Canada’s multicultural society and want to pass on the Polish culture to our students so they can continue to strengthen the multicultural fabric of Canadian society, which will enrich them in playing an important role in the social and professional life in Canada.
2014/2015 Enrollment to the Polish School occurs at the school, Saturday September the 6th from 9:00am to 11:30am, and on Sunday September 7th at the Parish Hall of the Sacred Heart Church in Kitchener. A student may also be enrolled throughout the course of the school year.
